We also ask our customers to be aware that they are buying from a vintage shop, meaning that some items may have imperfections which are usually consistent with age and often form part of their rustic charm. If you have any concerns however, you may wish to ask for extra detailed photos or a condition description of the item you are interested in by phoning (02) 4339 5582 before purchasing.
If your item arrives damaged due to transport, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, including a photo of the damage incurred, and we will contact you immediately to provide a solution to replace or fix the item free of charge.
Interiorwise uses a combination of couriers for small items and specialised van transport for vintage/antique furniture.
