Returns Policy

Interiorwise does not offer change of mind returns. We also ask our customers to be aware that they are buying from a vintage shop, meaning that some items may have imperfections which are usually consistent with age and often form part of their rustic charm. If you have any concerns however, you may wish to ask for extra detailed photos or a condition description of the item you are interested in by phoning (02) 4339 5582 before purchasing. 

If your item arrives damaged due to transport, send us an email at info@interiorwise.com.au, including a photo of the damage incurred, and we will contact you immediately to provide a solution to replace or fix the item free of charge. 

Shipping

Interiorwise uses a combination of couriers for small items and specialised van transport for vintage/antique furniture. If the shopping cart does not show you a postage/courier quote, it could be due to your location. Feel free to phone us before submitting the cart on (02) 43395582 so that we can help with further shipping solutions. 

Holds

If you need time to measure your space or to consider an item, we offer 24-hour holds with no deposit needed. To request a 24-hour hold on an item please call us on 0451677870.
